  1. Any complaints will be handled in accordance with the laws in force in the country.

For refunding of your money, send us:

  • Account number from which it was paid, your name and your contact phone number and written request for withdrawal from the contract.

Withdrawal from contract

The buyer has the right under paragraph 6 of the amendment to the Civil Code (Act N.367 / 2000 Sb.) To cancel the contract within 14 days from payment for services. Amount of money will be returned to the account specified in its application for withdrawal of the purchase contract. After receiving your application seller checks all information and immediately returnes relevant amount for ordered services to the buyer.

In case of purchase cancellation, the guest is obliged to pay the accommodation cancellation fee of the following amounts:

  1. In case of cancellation 15 days from order to 0 days prior to the start of fishing, the cancellation fee is 100% of the order total amount
